Founded in 2002, Zooz Dance Company presents refined compositions heavily influenced and enriched by traditional Middle Eastern and North African dance, as well as by a variety of contemporary forms.

Each dancer brings her unique personality, talents and experience to the group, which in turn affects the evolution of the company as a whole.

Finding beauty and inspiration in our differences, Zooz creates within an atmosphere that encourages cross-cultural communication and education, and views each performance as an opportunity to move and transform audience and artists alike.

Zooz dancers are strongly committed to their community and reserve a portion of their performance schedule for local outreach programs and benefits for local arts organizations.
